......so I have been bitching about my left knee and sometimes my left foot more than anything...
left lower back and sometimes I notice I am twisted at the end of my run.
Anyway, I saw a post on Facebook about testing of personal insoles.......
I wrote to Addnature and got accepted as a 'crash test dummie' - So today I went to Addnature and had Johan Sundberg, the alpinist and foot specialist, make personal insoles for me.
He told me many things about feet - apparently I have taken pretty good care of mine - my arches was not collapsed and I had only a very slight pronation on my LEFT foot....(probably the culprit of my knee and back pain......we shall see)
The whole process took about 20 minutes and - I got nice things said about my feet :-)
Thank you CrossFit for that - I have a lot of muscles in my feet - yay!!!!
So now I am running with these soles for 4 weeks as a trial ( and probably longer ;-) )........I will tell you all about it.
Todays mileage:
3 mile walk to work so far
3 mile walk home - happening after work
6,3 ......mile walk tonight. ---10,7 km....not too chabby
