15th 3mile walk in the am
16th 3 mile walk am 3,4 mile walk home total 6,4 miles
17th - 3 mile walk am 3,4 mile walk home 6,8 mile evening walk total 12,8 miles
18th and 19th rest
20th 6 miles 1:30 walk
21st 6 miles walk 1:40 

work and life is not cooperating with training.....
I need to train in the AM - family needs the PM
