first 5 was fine 16,5 miles
second - i was slowing down-14 something miles
third -11 miles ..... my feet was killing me -had I been in the desert this would have been a really long night.
not sure what to say....other than this was a failure of a workout.
just have to take this as a kick in the balls and get it together - if anything- better it happen now than in the desert.
