June 23 - Squat DL and run



Back squats 20 x 120lbs  was the goal 
Accomplished ! 

I had a poor client who was all alone  - and proficient in the movements but a slow runner so I decided to work out with him.

Then 600 m run 
15 x 115 lb DL 
4 rounds 

he did 5 rounds but OHS instead
