8min + 8 min + 12 min of Tabata sit-ups.

I lost count.
I did them an hour a part together with my classes this morning.
Last class asked how long so they got 4 mins extra...
They did Sit-ups / Mountain climbers alternating .....I did sit-ups....
working a lot. training very little. still in a cast.......
