October 3rd work but no work out

so after 5 days in NYC I have work   - at least for now.
That is the good news.


Went to the massage therapist on Sunday and he confirmed that my hamstring is really 'fu*ked up' and the other one is bad - since I am compensating.  
No workouts - except upper body.


I need to confer with coach but I think I need to do some hand stands and push ups and maybe practice pull-ups........I am going insane - This is what happens when you don't take care of an injury....
ok lesson learned.  Got it - now please let me be healthy soon.
