10 min run apx. I had to slow down because the new guy wanted to walk !!!!! I have never been asked to slow down. Progress !!!!
Baseline workout
500 m row
40 airsquats
30 burpees
20 pushups
Squats are not effortless
Burpees were unbroken and not bodyslamming
Pushups are damned ;)
But I was done about 5 minutes before the young guy so I feel pretty damn good.
Rest 20 mins
17 min flat run for form
Until my hamstring said stop.
Bye bye thirties - It was a hard decade with a lot of ups and downs - I am glad I have had the experiences and I am glad I am moving on.
