June 28th - Unbroken day



today was wierd......I was really into going to to gym but when I got there ....
I was unfocused, too hungry...cranky and I had to do double unders....and I smashed the rope on my arm twice - on my new tattoo and it hurt like hell, boo hoo.........

2-4-6-8-10
supposed to be done in less than 10 minutes
I did it in 9:14.....
but I think I did it wrong 
I did 2-4- then messed up on 6 so I started over 2-4-and so on.....


anyway I got thru 2-4-6-8-10 in 9:14




then unbroken 
3 squat cleans   5 sets 55lbs (25kg)
I did them in 2:45 
Technique was so-so 
I was just irritated and not paying attention....I got thru beacuase the weight was sort of light but hamstring is a problem here too...
