still hamstring issue making it hard to pull ....
goal is to be around 1:45 at least....maybe faster... world record for women is 48 seconds something....so 1 minute slower should be doable ????
I have never been fast at 400m
I could probabaly wear a 20lbs vest and run about the same speed but quicker is harder...
working on it....
