after a week of little training......
Sunday was fun-day
AMRAP 5 min
50kg squat clean and jerk
3 squat clean and 2 jerk
I am glad my shoulder held up for 50 kg.
I need to work on heavier front squats....
My strenght has gone down from 3 months of injuries but I managed to get 3 squat cleans and 2 push jerks with the after press from hell.....
but I need to be happy about today.
Then I did some with lighter weigh.....felt okay
