Sunday -Greasing - back pain - help from Coach S in my CrossFit Harlem Shirt

Sunday, slept like a log and woke up at 11 AM...long time since I slept that long.
Cancelled my session at CFN today because I felt that I would pull my back even more if I went...I get carried away.

Went to SATS at 14:00
Greasing, took about 30mins
went well - some back pain but went well.  Snatches are getting more agressive and cleans at 40kg are no problem, on most days. Took it eays with tall push jerk - back said no....so I did them with less weight.

Then I got some help with strenght training form 'Coach S'
Bench press
15 x 20kg
8 x 25kg
then for control and form- 31X1 tempo
5 x 30kg
5 x 35kg
3 x 40kg
3 x 40kg
3 x 40kg
Narrow grip
8 x 20kg
5 x 25kg
5 x 25kg

Hand Stand Practice
HSPU - not full ROM 3 sets
Handstand on paralettes -seemed high at first but I made it.

Tabata  push-ups in paralettes
7 - 7-7-7-7-7-7-7
first set was on my feet - the rest on my knees...

Getting Stronger but I am really pissed at my back  - need it to be well now.
