The nice thing about the intro class is that we go in depth...and you always learn something new at least I do.
I took it easy at first to really get warm in shoulders.

10 x toes to bar ( I actually touched the bar with my toes on at least half of them - progress :-))
10 x Du's - first time I did this in over a month.

false grip training - pull ups from floor to dip x 3
really tried when I left the box. :-)
