1 x45kg FAIL - failed on the part of getting it up .......holding it there is another thing. Bailed foreward

10 power cleans with 25 kg - good with light weight for speed :-)
10 lunges, 5 on each foot...
10 GHD sit ups
9 9 9 and then 8 8 8 so on and so on
