training on my own and a shout out from my tattoo artist


Yesterday I decided to take care of some dreaded moments in Crossfit....Burpee, Pullup and 200m Running
Make a WOD..
'Dread-Not'
10 Burpees
10 pull ups (I still do them with a rubberband)
200 m running

5 rounds

and if you are in the moment ...add 10 kgs (20 lbs) weight vest.
It took me 21 minutes....
I did it though.
