Saturday & Sunday

Hey hey ..
so 2 rest days in a row....good for me I think and it works really well with the Games being on live stream in the middle of the night :-)

I have had ants in my legs yesterday, feet swelling, feet high.....I really needed the rest I think.
Next week (starting tomorrow) I will workout Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - rest Thurs, small workout Friday then travel to Copenhagen and do the Endurance Cert. So that will be a full weekend...

I have looked at my plan up until the 25th Sept., Fit As Fu*k Challange.

I will do 3 days on 1 off and 3 on in a 7 day period.  Up until the 23rd of August I will do doubbles when I want to ....at least once a week - then I go into the 6 week pyramid 1-2-3-2-1-Rest schedule.....

Thoughts?

Looking at the Games I am soooooo impressed with all of the athletes.....the atomsphere, the volunteers, the judges, I saw my coach, Chuck Carswell,  from the Level 1 Cert!!!!! Great to see you again!

The last day of the games just started on the stream!
