I am on a countdown for the Endurance Cert....wheeeehaaaa, going to Copenhagen on Friday, I am really looking foreward to that.
I went shopping yesterday and it looked really funny ....meat, meat, meat, meat chips, black dye, kale and tomatoes.....and a little mustard... I decided to really work on my food quantity and quality, I know it will make a difference !!!!!

AS RX!!!!!! yayayayayaya - well on the dedlifts anyway - the HSPU was done in rubberband but agains t wall.....new and hard
