May 27th ...recapping last 2 weeks


...things are good.
nothing hurts.
weigh loss have slowed down - bummer - but I need to eat more as my milage goes up.
Did the uphill race this weekend it was fun!
Stockholm's Brantaste  - Stockholms Steepest ...

Great  race fun crowd and good motivation to run hills for the past 6 weeks.
training about 5-6 days a week with CF and running as cornerstones....
