Sick as a - I don't know o Monday -Wed.
Thursday walked to work......felt so so
Friday walking commute and circut training 30 mins.
great meeting I am almost at my goal as far as the weight loss 19kg and 21 cm in my waist since January 13.
Now we eat to build up the milage again - yay. Still staying in a cal deficit a small one. Working equally focused on my mental training. :-)
