March 25 - getting ready

Been doing bordy weight exercises  - nothing fancy - got some education on my handstands at CrossFit Södra Station - got plenty to learn.

And body maintanace....stretching and fixing problems.
With my calf muscle torn last weekend I did not do this 12:3 workout - I am not risking any more injury.  Tomorrow it is a week until I leave for Marocco.

I think I have everything I need for the journey......
Still need to get sunscreen and some bars - I was thinking of making my own bars but I want them to see the cal count otherwise I have to carry more food.

Working on staying positive.  With ankle injured och calf some what painful still that is going to be needed.

One step at a time. Forward.
