Walking and rolling out - foam roller and soft ball torture....
almost 15 km....not bad not great.
foot swells up every time .
I think well when I walk....
not sure how much to share here. either way 15km today about 9 miles
tomorrow I go for more.....I want to get about 4 hours on my feet in......
patience is not really my thing and I usually have to get hit hard to get it......
