Metal state before:
Fearing today's wod.
Knowing it would be long.
But trying to divide up in increments that I can manage focused on 1 st 3000m
1st 12:36:5. 2:06/500m 23s/m
No power strokes - hit 2k @ 8:20
Mental
Knowing I hit 2k 6 sec after my best time with no power strokes felt good.
Average was around 2:05 wavering the whole time.
Mental prior to 2nd
Gotta get it done
1000 m at a time.
2nd 12:29.4. 2:06.5/500 hit 2k" 8:20 25s/m. Had to do power pulls for last 200 to maintain pace.

Had to keep giving myself things to do count strokes struggling a little to keep average up.
Rough.
Mental before 3rd.

Last 500 is a blur - had to do mostly power pulls to get average up. Last 20-15 pulls were around 1:59:00/500m this sucked !!!!!
Mental after:
Had to count divided up in 500m increments
Struggled to keep 2:07 but I did.
Hell last 1000m super hell last 500m.
Good to know I can be extremely uncomfortable for 2 mins without dying.
Did not throw up.
