Saturday walk Sunday PB

Yesterday, another long walk.....I was snowy and took 1hr 40minutes......

Sunday....

Went to the gym.....felt a little tired.....and not really in the mood....

Muscle Up s with rubberband (in cage)
x5 with green band .

Ring Dips x10 with green band under my feet

1 muscle up on my knees on green band

1 MUP and 5 dips with blue band

3 MUP and 4 dips with blue band

Ring pull ups with blue band  holding false grip

1 x 110kg my old PB
1 x 115 kg new PB!! -
