80 DU's - total so 40 each or 240 singels (120 each)one person working at a time
40 Kb swings 24/16kg ) 20 each -one person working at a time
400m medicine ball throw (8kg/4kg) with burpee - you throw 5 meters....that is 80 burpees total between the two of you....it sucked.
40 juming squats! each ....can be done at the same time.
