I was supposed to take it easy today....gearing up for my Endurance Cert this weekend so.....
Met another friend at the gym - who's trainer is also on vacation....so I decided she should do a metcon.
Dread Not is a homecooked WOD.
Took all the things I don't like so much and make a WOD.
Today was Dread Not -Light
5 pull-ups
5 Burpees
10 Walking Lunges (5 on each leg)
5 rounds for time ......7:05
Okay I added a 10 kilo weight vest....and I tried to use the lightest rubberband for the pull-ups...not so good...so I had to jump up and negative-ish on the way down....sort or jumping sort of rubberband pull-ups. I could not make it work any other way with the vest today...maybe I should have gotten the harder rubberband????....oh well. Done now.
After that I tried pull-ups w/o the vest...
7 with the blue band....but I was tired....
Did some push-presses instead w. 20kg bar only
10-10-10-13..

-streched and called it a day...
