ran or trotted the whole way.
stopped to go to the bathroom 2 times on the way there and 2 times on the way back......
no rest.
had some issues with right calf and my arches---running too slow and spending too much time on the ground, need to spend more time in the air.......

I managed through today's workout but it was not stellar....
feeling like I am getting sick, maybe it was just the long run.
