today's mission was 4 loops in Central Park (the big loop)
2 clockwise and 2 counter clockwise - order how I wanted and rest as needed....
Starting at 110 and ACP blvd.
Lap 1 Counter clockwise - going west side first

1:25 w bathroom visit
Lap 3 clockwise
Sucked 1:49
Had to walk a lot - felt like crying the whole loop.
felt like every damn person can run faster than I / had a self pity party.
Lap 4 clockwise 1:22
Pulled my shit together and kept reminding myself that today was task based. The quicker I got done with this lap the quicker I would be done.
Rest was almost the same each time 15-20 mins
todays total was apx 40km or 24 miles
