March 28- FGB style workout and a 2K

1 min DU
1 min Lunges w 25lbs plate over head
1 min OHS with same plate
1 min Box jumps
1 min push- ups


rest a min
x3 
So sort of like FGB.....


I din't count reps.


Rowed a 2K - slow but steady ...
