10 dead lifts (I mentioned @body weight - I was not popular after that) I weighed in at 165 lbs !!!so that was the weight.
4 rounds!!!
We decided to do a 3 man row linking the rowers with sliders. All I can say is that it pushes you to the max.
I broke my dl on 2's. It was the first time I have gone this heavy for a long time and I felt fine. My grip was shot after the first round but when you are a team you can't opt out. Just got to keep my head straight as Coach Syn says. And so we did. Another day at CrossFit Harlem.
This video is from another day when we tried our first 2K on the 3 man rig. Concept2 rowers connected with sliders. Awesome!
