July 16th - workout and massage

Team wod - 
30 on climb on top of stage as a warm up

Run one Lap up stairs down stairs  flat.
10 burpees
Rest while team mate is running 
4 rounds

3 max hold hand stands 

1 hand handstand


100 push ups 


90 massage-------
now I feel like I have been in a fight.

Rest day tomorrow.
