June 14th KB swings

pretty calm day.
work is almost done...project delivers in 2 weeks - nice


today 
did some mini greasing-have not done that in a while.
tripple extentions 
super light squat cleans, snatches and thrusters ...no pain in knee or shoulders...super light - we are talking the 11 lbs bar.




then 
10 kb swings on the minute (16kg/32lbs) for 10 minutes


did not feel bad at all-
I wanted to go for the 20 kg -but looking at the video I see that I drop my chest on the last couple of swings in each set.....sucker! :-)
