Well today was 10K run or jog on the schedule.....
Since I cannot run or jog.....hamstring issue is making it nearly impossible to lift heel towards bum...
Well I can walk so me and my dog took a speedy walk around Södermalm .....We missed the rain by 4 mins, it started to pour pretty much right after we came in.
10,3 km walk took us 1:39 and according to my Nike GPS thingie...I burned 819 calories and had an average speed of 9,37/km.........
Tomorrow I am renewing my Level 1 Trainer status.....so now I need to study.
