April 2nd - Wod 11:2

Since CrossFit Nordic opted in I wanted to do my weekly challange there.


Games Open Wod 11:2
15min AMRAP


9 deadlifts 45kg
12 push-ups
15 boxjumps 50cm


I guessed I would manage 5 rounds


I managed 6 rounds and 8 deadlifts without any pain in my shoulder.:-)
I got a lot of push ups called off....well I have not been doing them since december so not bad considering...


I was pleased.
