Someone else counted 32....I dunno:-) just happy
After that I had my second Pilates test session.
I am part of a test group at Stockholm Pilates Center.
During 3 weeks we meet Monday and Wednesday for an hour and get to try different Pilates tools. Today I met the Reformer.

Amelie, partner at Stockholm Pilates Center and instuctor killed my abs. And I thougt I was pretty strong but I have found some new muscles :-)
So 1hr CrossFit and then 1hr Pilates Reformer.
