30kg-30 kg-35kg-35kg-40kg last 2 without The push jerk - my fu'king left arm is still bothering me.
Then 4 rounds of
6 Power cleans 60kg/45 kg did mine on 40 kg
8 deadlifts same weight
10 lateral Jump burpees without push up
20 lat jumps over barbell
Breathing super heavy.......
