So I had an active rest day yesterday. It felt good - did some rowing, and some skills...
Stood on my hands - more steady now. Cool.
Tried som KB snatches.....but nothing hard.
It was really hot - I drank about 4,5 liters of water yesterday.
Saw my back-cracker today.....he is shining my knee with laser.... and cracked me a little. Felt good.
Told him I was thinking about Marathon des Sables.... I think the journey there is something amazing.
Anyway, today I am going to the Box, Crossfit Nordic for an evening fix.
Wonder what's on the menu.

My fu*king pullups...I still don't have them----
Well I did jumping pullups, real push-ups and real squats
14 laps 5 jumping pullups 10 push ups and 10 squats... 5 shy of 15 laps.
That was okay.
Tomorrow and the rest of my life I am going to stop thinking and just do the freaking pull-ups
