6 Jan - motivation dip

...had to drag myself out...
30 min power walk 
40 mins in the water(10min running , 10 min unbroken crawl/freestyle swimming) 20 mins of swimming.....
30 min of power walk ....
total of apx 6km walking 
I think about running all the time, and the lack thereof....
