June 26th - Squats and some squats....

before my 5AM class
Goal 20 x 130 lbs 
Accomplished !!
then since I was without people I did 
50 push ups 
50 situps
did them in 10's 5 rounds......

300 m run
30 bs @ 65 lbs
300 m run
30 fs @ 65 lbs
300 m run 
30 bs @65 lbs
300 m run 
30 fs @65 lbs

17:47 not the most stellar time but I moved 

not bad for 3,5 hrs sleep though.
