I had to add the weigh vest when the others did barbell stuff. My wrist and thumb is not back in order 5 days without cast now but I  am working on it.

It was awesome to be back...yes I am out of shape and yes I have gained weight but I did it.
It was 87 degrees and humid as hell.  Loving it.
