March 10--an indoor tri and 12:3

so ....
coached 3 classes then off to the Columbia University's gym .
Multisport NYC  - holding clinics in tri-training and hosting a mini indoor stationary tri...
1000m on the Concept2 rower
10Km on a suspended bike - with resistance like as if you did a lap in Central Park
2 miles on a treadmill.

hit it at 1:15 PM
3:44.6 -on the row
23:30 on the bike
20:03 on the run....
yay




rested until 6PM then the
12:3 wod...
15 box jumps
12 push -press 75 lbs
9 T2B......


5 rounds 15 boxjumps and 7 pp---


note to self- don't do a tri before toes to bar......wods....
hip flexors was sort of smoked...
