March 1 - evening Brick and some power snatches

didn't have time this morning to work out so an evening session it was
no rowing just biking and running
15 min on Airdyne
10 min running....


then snatch prep.....
45 lbs snatches - about 20ish power snatches
75 lbs snatches about 20 ish.... power snatches
