August 6th - back in the gym?

Today was my first day back to training after the trip, the Games, the splitting of shins, the spraining of thumb......


I was going for a max back squat to see where I am.


I have lost about 20lbs in body weight and about the same in my max back squat.
I want a re-do on todays work out.!!!!
I want to do it again tomorrow - more focused.
This is what I did today 


40kg/88lbs no prob 
50kg/110lbs no prob
60kg/132lbs ok
70kg/154lbs fail
65kg/143lbs fail.....


killed it there. 


I was working by myself and in the safety cage - good thing to have at fail...


I am not so happy with todays result at all but it is a starting point.  I have a lot of work to do !!! A lot.
