July 8th - working on weakness

We had a weakness elimination day 


burpees 5 min tutorial
30 unbroken burpees
push ups - locking out legs 5 min tutorial- game style 
x30 - not unbroken


DU-one of my weaknesses
I got 18 16 20 .........tried so many times to get a 30 unbroken
ran a 400 to get the jumping out of my head.


I was supposed to get 30 but I got 25 as a max today..... new pb!
