15th feb-Olympic lifting

Old school OLY lifting coaching....

1 hour of Snatch technique no kidding 
Started with putting me in the right position - I thought I was gonna fall backwards!

and a whole lot of streching......OLY style, they are more bendy than most people....along the line of dancers and yogis :-)
