Tuesday - Pull pull pull!!!

Muscle-up transition 5 x 90%
Weighted pull-ups 5 -5 -5-5 -5 90%
bent over barbell row 10-10-10-10-10 90 %

muscle-up transisions went ok I did 3-3-3-3-3 from kneeling on the floor, starting with turn out.
pull-ups with band stict -
9(blue band), 4 (green) ,7 (blue)underhand grip, 5 (blue) overhand narrow, 5(blue ) overhand super narrow.
bent over barbell row (40kgs)
10-10-10-10-10
Tabata row in the C2 rower......724 meters
