Feb 22 - getting back at it

so after 2 days of rest after the C.R.A.S.H.-B.'s .....
i managed to squeeze in 
100 airsquats
100 situps
30 hspu on 2 abmats - no kipping
In between my morning groups. 

legs are a little stiff - still.......

signed up to do an indoor tri - row 1K bike 10k and run 2 miles.....March 10th here we go
