June 30th - 5 x 5 min row...10 sec rest

rowing intervals......


say no more...


thruster intervals are worse but come on 5 mins...then another 5 .....and...


whatever it worked -5 mins your brain tolerates.....rest 10 secs -yes it's mockery but you deal with another 5 mins and so on....


1. 1123 meters
2. 1126 meters
3. 1125 meters
4  1117 meters
5. 1138 meters




5626 meters...


It pretty much sucked but I tried to think about form and each 5 min portion.
