Sleep & Goals

So I have been babysitting my nephew, he is 3, and we got up at 6.  We went to bed at 20.00 so then 6 is not so bad.
Sleep is very important.  Many times it has been my nemesis.....I don't want to sleep - I may miss something....silly thought? Maybe but I don't think I am alone.  For various reasons we don't sleep.  Work, TV, wound up, too tired.....to wired....well the list is endless.
It felt really good to sleep.  I did get up between 22-24 but still 8 hrs.

Today is travel day....going to Copenhagen and Butcher's Lab for the Endurance Cert.  I heard that Coach Brian McKenzie is going to be the head coach on this cert.  That is AWESOME!




Goals that I have for the moment:

Participate in the Fit As Fu*k Challange - this year
Participate in Endurance race, Marathon de Sables.....- time not known yet :-)
Participate in SM Crossfit 2011 - the year I turn 40, 2011

Inbetween these big events...my goals are the every day stuff, nail the pull-up .....come on...
get stronger, muscle up - yes please, well I want to get better at everything. 

Soon time to pack and get to the train station.
