Feb 19 - Thursday - and so far this week I have run more than a marathon with about 12-15% of bw on my back




yeah my legs are a bit tired and I am happy to say that my MDS2015 pack is about 7kg.....3 kg make a huge difference....I am training with my commuter pack so it is heavier-----that is good 
Today the bridge was a pain ....but I owned it.
